Laurence

Managing Director

Straight from college in 1980, I started working for our father Gerry Webb on the traffic desk sourcing customer’s, subbies, arranging transport and in general gaining an all round knowledge of the business. After 9 years our father retired and I took over the company. From here I went on to take my CPC in road transport in order to gain more in depth knowledge to provide a better service to our customers and in turn manage and develop the company into the successful business it is today.

Interests:
Restoring Raleigh Chopper bikes and cycling.

Katrina

Director

I started with Gerry Webb transport Services Ltd in 1996, working my way from the bottom up!
As well as developing new clients my primary role was supporting my brother Laurence on the traffic desk. Like Laurence, I too over the years have gained an all round knowledge and became a director in 2012. In later years I moved across to admin and accounts. However currently I have a more behind the scenes role in business management and marketing.

Serge

Transport Co-ordinator

I joined the traffic team in February 2024.

I am keen to continue my journey in the road haulage industry having moved nearer to London from Wiltshire where I worked within another family road haulage business. I look forward to utilising my knowledge and experience within in my Traffic Co-ordinator role providing an excellent customer experience. This new chapter both in and outside of my working life are a chance to make positive lasting memories with my partner since we both moved to the UK from Ukraine over 5 years ago.

Accounts Manager

I started working for Gerry Webb Transport Services Ltd over 23 years ago in the year 2000 when my children began school. Initially I worked in admin’ and then alongside my mum, Yvonne, in the accounts department. I moved into her role as accounts manager when she retired after more than 50 years service.

Graham

Transport Office Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the logistics and warehouse industry, I joined Gerry Webb Transport Services in 2018 and have advanced from a Transport Coordinator. I oversee the daily operations of the Traffic Office, ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service and respect we pride ourselves on, supporting our suppliers, and creating a valued work environment for our office team.

Family and Netflix.

CAROLYN

Transport Co-ordinator

I joined the traffic team in October 2024

Having worked in the transport field for most of my working life I pride myself in bringing lot of transferable skills to the table which supports me in my role and help in maintaining the company’s good reputation for customer service.

Formula 1, Snooker, Football

Transport Co-ordinator

I joined the traffic team in March 2025.

I join the team with a wealth of knowledge in the transport and hire equipment sector. I most enjoy building up quality relationships equally with work colleagues, customers and suppliers to ensure a happy and healthy working environment.
